The Peggy Chapman-Andrews Award closes on May 31st, 2016.
It’s open to writers who have not had a novel published and who do not have a literary agent. Submit the first chapters of your story (5,000 to 8,000 words), plus a synopsis of up to 300 words.
Prizes: First prize is £1,000 plus mentoring from the Literary Consultancy and possible publication. Second prize is £500. Three runners-up will receive £100 each.
