The Patrick Kavanagh Student Poetry Awards 2016 are open until May 27th (4pm), to second-level students on the island of Ireland.
Max one poem per student. Can be any length. There are suggested themes on their website.
There are two categories, under 15 and 15 and over. The first category prizes are: €75, €50, €35, and a certificate. Second category prizes are, €100, €75, €50 and a certificate.
