The Kimberley Chambers Kickstart Prize is open until October 31, 2018. Free to enter. The prizes comes from HarperCollins Publishers in association with Peters, Fraser & Dunlop Literary Agency and CrimeFest.
Submit the first three chapters of your unpublished novel, a 500-word synopsis and a short paragraph about why you need a kickstart. Open to residents of the UK and Ireland.
The winner will receive £1,000 to help with writing essentials, time with Kimberley Chambers’ editor, writing tips and feedback, and an offer of representation from Peters, Fraser & Dunlop Literary Agency.
