The Boulevard Short Fiction Contest for Emerging Writers is open until December 31st, 2015.
Prize: $1,500 and publication in Boulevard for the winning story. Entry fee is $15 for each story and includes a one-year subscription.
Eligibility: a writer who has not yet published a book of fiction, poetry, or creative non-fiction with a nationally distributed press.
Submit stories up to 8,000 words.
