The closing date of the Moth Short Story Prize 2014 is June 30th.
Prizes include €3,000, €2,000 and a week-long writing retreat at Circle of Misse in France.
The winning stories will also be published in the autumn issue of The Moth and the winners will be invited to a special event at the Winding Stair in Dublin.
The prize is open to everyone, as long as the work is original, previously unpublished and doesn’t exceed 6,000 words. The entry fee is €9.
The competition will be judged by Mike McCormack.
