The Martín Crawford Awards are open until May 1, 2019.
Open to writers who have not yet had a full collection or novel published. Submit 3-5 poems, up to 60 lines each. Stories should not exceed 2,5000 words.
Judges: Moyra Donaldson, Paul Maddern and Matt Kirkham are the poetry judges. Wendy Erskine will judge the short story entries.
The winners in the short story and poetry categories will receive £500, a three-night stay at The River Mill writing retreat, and advice from the editors of The Tangerine, to work towards publication in the magazine.
Entry Fee : £6 for each story or 3-5 poems.
