The James White Award 2015 is now open and closes on January 31st 2015.
Send in short stories of up to 6,000 words. Open to writers worldwide, as long as you’re a non-professional writer. For the purposes of the James White Award, a professional author is defined as someone who is eligible for active membership of the Science Fiction Writers of America, ie. a writer with three short story sales to qualifying markets or one novel sale to a qualifying market.
Send in one story only. Stories should be science fiction.
Free to enter but they encourage a donation to support the competition, if you can.
Prize is £200 and publication in Interzone.
