The Galway Film Fleadh Pitching Competition aims to encourage budding writers with ideas (at any stage of development) to get their vision out there and to develop the crucial craft of ‘the pitch’.
Send a 500-word written pitch of your idea, from beginning to end. Any genre of feature drama, documentary or animation will be considered.
The finalists will then be selected for an ‘Elevator Pitch’ of 90 seconds in front of an audience and a panel of industry experts on the 13th of July 2014, the closing date of the festival. The winner will be announced at the awards ceremony that evening and will receive a cash prize of €3000.
