A Christmas writers event in aid of the cancer research appeal will take place next week. Irish writers such as Paul Howard aka Ross O’Carroll Kelly, Cathy Kelly, Emma Hannigan and Clodagh McKenna will provide some entertainment for the evening. It is taking place in the Mater hospital on the 13th of December at 6.30pm, tickets are only 20 Euro and can be prebooked and paid for on the night by emailing awriterschristmas@gmail.com.
