Climate Fiction Short Story Competition

The Climate Fiction Short Story Competition is free to enter.

Submit speculative fiction. Max 5,000 words. They say, “Your story should, in some way, envision the future of Earth and humanity as impacted by climate change. Your story should reflect – directly or indirectly – current scientific knowledge about future climate change, without prejudice to your artistic freedom to exaggerate and invent fictional worlds.”

Deadline: 15th January 2016

Prize: The winner will receive $1,000.
