What is a critique?
The report will aim to provide the following:
Comment on narrative, characterisation, plot, pace, dialogue, style and manuscript faults along with suggestions as to how this may be remedied.

(a) First Three Chapters Critique
If you intend to submit your first three chapters to a publisher or agent, we recommend that you submit it for critique first before you have it proofread.
We provide a critique service for the first three chapters, synopsis and cover letter. If you would like a quote, please email a sample chapter and a note of the total word count to firstname.lastname@example.org
(b) If you would like a quote for a critique of your entire book, please email a sample chapter and a note of the total word count to email@example.com
(c) We also provide critique services for short stories, poetry and scripts. For a quote, if you’ve written a short story, please email a note of the word count and a sample of the story. If you’d like a poetry critique, please email the number of poems and a sample.
How do I pay?
Payment can be made with a credit card through PayPal or by cheque. Once we have provided a quote and if you wish to proceed, we can forward you the payment details.
When will I receive the critique?
- This depends on the length of your manuscript. We can provide an estimate when we provide a quote.
- We are unable to provide a critique unless we receive the appropriate fee with the manuscript.
- All correspondence and manuscripts will be treated with the strictest confidence.
